Bear River Endurance was founded on the idea that training should be more than just hitting paces and piling on miles, it should be something you love. Running is a lifelong practice not just a race result, and real progress comes when you embrace the process. My coaching focuses on sustainable long-term development, one to two peaks a year, and building a connection between your body, movement, and the terrain beneath you. Whether you're chasing a PR or just looking to run stronger and longer, my goal is to help you train with purpose and find fulfillment in the work.
